1What's the process for outsourcing staff?
First, you’ll discuss your business needs with our team. Then, we’ll recruit 2 or 3 quality candidates. You can perform the final interview and choose the hire. Our team will manage the onboarding, HR, and payroll duties. Learn more about our VA hiring process here.
2Will I have to pay benefits or other staffing costs?
One of the many reasons why you should outsource to OMB is we like to keep things simple. Because we handle all HR and payroll processes, we’ll ensure your virtual assistant is paid a fair wage. We will send you an invoice covering all costs.
3How do you evaluate the performance of staff? What if I’m unhappy?
We will be in ongoing communication with you regarding the assistant’s performance. If you’re unhappy, just tell us! We will replace your virtual assistant with another person for no cost.
4What type of staff is available for outsourcing?
Most jobs. However, we recommend outsourcing jobs that are manual or administrative. These jobs include billing tasks, appointment setting, customer service, etc. Simply tell us what you need, and we will provide a recommendation. 5Are there any other fees?
Unlike some other companies, we don't charge a fee to start recruiting. The monthly invoice covers all costs of our service. See our VA Pricing & Packages.
6How long does hiring a virtual assistant take?
This will depend on the role you need filled and the market at the time. Typically it takes about 2 weeks.
7What ongoing support is provided by Outsource My Business?
You'll have your own account manager who can organise anything on your behalf with OMB. We help with the onboarding where needed and stay in touch after to see where else we can help you scale.
8Does the virtual assistant work for me or Outsource My Business?
We maintain the contract with the virtual assistant. They will be required to carry out whatever tasks you've agreed on. You're in control.
9Do the virtual assistants do part-time or full-time hours?
We can find virtual assistants for both full-time and part-time. It's part of determining what you need on our initial call.
10My business is outside Australia. Can I work with Outsource My Business?
Of course. We will work with clients in most countries. Most of our clients are from Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.
11How do cancellations work?
We understand things change. There's no minimum time frame to work with OMB. If you need to cancel, contact your account manager, we will ask for 3 weeks notice. The final 3 weeks of work will be paid in a final invoice.
